Trade In Your Games for Up to 80% of Retail Value!

At Retro Games eXchange, we make trading in your old games easy and rewarding! You can receive up to 80% of the retail value in store credit through our hassle-free trade-in process.

How It Works:

1️⃣ Submit Your Trade-In Request

• Email us at trades@retrogamesexchange.com with a list of your games and clear, high-quality photos of each item.
• If you prefer, you can send just photos, but they must be detailed and clear enough for us to assess the condition.
• You can also message us on Facebook to inquire about trade-ins.

2️⃣ Receive a Quote

• We’ll evaluate your games based on their condition, demand, and market value.
• Your offer will be in the form of a digital gift card for Retro Games eXchange (no cash value).

3️⃣ Value Considerations

• Not all games will qualify for 80% of retail value.
• Lower-value titles (especially most sports games) may receive a lower percentage.
• Condition matters! Deductions will be applied for poor condition items, such as:
  • Scratched or damaged discs
  • Missing or damaged cases/manuals
  • Significant label or cartridge wear

4️⃣ Accepting the Quote

• If you accept our offer, we’ll request the box’s weight and dimensions to generate a prepaid shipping label.

5️⃣ Shipping Your Games

• You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label – just pack your items securely and send them to us.
• Important: Any damage from poor packing may result in deductions from your final payout.

6️⃣ Final Inspection & Payment

• Once we receive and inspect your trade-in, your digital gift card will be issued promptly.
• If any discrepancies (damage, missing items, incorrect listings) are found, your final trade-in value may be adjusted accordingly.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

• All trades are final. Once the trade-in has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
• We do not accept counterfeit or bootleg games. Any suspected counterfeit items will be rejected.
• We reserve the right to refuse trade-ins for games that do not meet our quality standards or have extremely low market demand.
• If a game is deemed unacceptable, we can return it at your expense or dispose of it upon request.
• Promotional values and special trade-in bonuses may be offered at our discretion and are subject to change.
