Set between Resident Evil 4 and 5, you’re back with Jill Valentine exploring a derelict ship that’s about as welcoming as you’d expect. Tight corridors, limited resources, and enemies that don’t politely wait their turn — it’s way closer to the series’ roots than the action-heavy direction things were going.

It mixes episodic storytelling with classic exploration and combat, so you get that slow-burn tension along with just enough action to keep things from turning into a walking simulator.

Great pickup for fans who wanted Resident Evil to feel scary again without completely ditching modern gameplay.
